Diana runs her own corporate training and consulting business in Toronto. She is a senior training & development consultant with more than 15 years of experience in delivery, design & consulting with Universities & Colleges and Fortune 1000 companies. She has trained and facilitated groups, as well as coached and consulted with new managers to senior VP levels. She is skilled in relationship building, establishing trusted expert status with her client partners.
Diana is an expert in aligning training – in-person and online - with the values, academic targets, fiscal responsibilities and managerial direction of universities, colleges and corporations. In particular, her business writing workshops and group facilitation workshops have both been widely offered at several major Canadian Universities to great success. She is energetic, results-oriented consultant who takes great pride in influencing the human side of business.
Diana has worked with organizations in many industries — including Finance, telecommunications, health care, manufacturing, transportation, natural resources, not-for-profit and governments and crown corporations. Her clients have been across Canada, the USA and Europe.
A dynamic and highly regarded presenter, Diana has spoken to groups as large as 5000 and also enjoys working one-on-one. Diana is a graduate of the University of Toronto. She is currently completing her Master's of Arts Degree from Athabasca University in Leadership & Communications. She has also studied at Simon Fraser University and York University. She is a Certified Administrator of many psycho-metric tools including, True Colors, MBTI and E-Qi.
Diana is committed to community development and is an active member of the Board of Directors for Yellow Brick House which is committed to rebuilding the lives of abused women and children in York Region, ensuring women and children have a safe place to turn to if they become victims of domestic abuse.
